Melting butter on warm bread, I mean what could be better! YUM! If you’re like me you thought when you started keto or low carb, bread was a big NO-NO. That’s why I’m so excited to share this 90 second keto bread recipe with you!
Not only is it good, but it cooks in 90 seconds in the microwave! It’s only 5 ingredients, and because I hate it when bloggers write 20 paragraphs about what inspired a recipe, I’m going to give you what you are here for! Here it is ENJOY!
- 3 tablespoons almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter melted
Mix all ingredients together in a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave for 90 seconds.
The bread is going to take on the shape of the container used. I used a small round soup bowl. Let it cool for a couple of minutes. Then I cut slice in half so I have 2 round pieces of bread.
I like to pop it in the toaster oven for a couple of minutes to harden it up some. It’s not necessary, but it will be softer without toasting.
Now you are ready for a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, or whatever your heart desires! This 90 second keto bread is also perfect for grilled cheese!
