This is the EASIEST buffalo chicken dip EVER! It is so addictive! Lots of flavor, and warm ooey gooey cheesiness! I’m not sure that cheesiness is a word, but I’m going with it! If you’re doing keto or low carb this is a great appetizer to eat with celery! Everyone loves this dip!
I’ve seen lots of other buffalo chicken dip recipes that call for canned chicken, yuck! Or cooking chicken breasts and shredding them. Who has time for that?! If you do, then go for it! I’m sure it would be good, but I think this way is BETTER, and I know it’s EASIER!
I buy a pre-cooked rotisserie chicken, cut up and shred! Two benefits to this is the chicken already has great flavor, and the obvious, it’s cooked and ready to go!

Buffalo Chicken Dip
1 Rotisserie chicken cut up and shredded
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 8oz block cream cheese cubed
1 cup ranch dressing
3/4 cup hot wing sauce (pick your favorite flavor and heat!)
Mix together in crock pot and heat. I heated on high, and it was basically done after an hour! Serve with celery, tortilla chips, crackers, pretzels, just whatever you like!
